OPENING:
Today we are going to study the Word of GOD with the theme: The Grace of building an intimate relationship with the Lord, so every member can have an intimate relationship with the Lord and receives the great grace because they build an intimate relationship with the Lord.
CONTENT:
I. The Lord longs to have an intimate relationship with us.
a. GOD called us HIS children.
b. After we have received Lord JESUS as our Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit will dwell in our heart..
c. The Holy Spirit is a personality that has feeling, has a need to be responded just like our feeling. Example : when we visit another person’s house..
d. To have fellowship with the Holy Spirit is the same as having fellowship with the Lord, because the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ (Romans 8:9)

Today we are going to study the Word of GOD with the theme : Abundant Blessings in times of drought. How we can experience abundant blessings in times of drought ? I. To live in the guidance of the Lord.
a. Isaac is a person who lived in the guidance of the Lord (v 2-6).
b. When we live in the guidance of the Lord, we will receive guidance from the Lord. And if we act according to the guidance from the Lord then we will experience much grace from the Lord and even will make us experince abundant blessing in times of drought. |

Live according to the words of God |

Bible Reading : 1 Kings 2: 1-3
Today we will consider the words of God, with a title of: Live according to the words of God.”
1. It is very important to live according to the words of God.
a. Verse 1 – David gave a charge to Solomon his son when the time drew near for David to die, thus this charge is a very important message to David.
b. Not only David told his son Solomon to live according to the words of God, but he devoted himself to live like that. (2 Chronicles 7:17 & 1 Kings 9:4)
c. Therefore this is a very important message as it was told by someone who had experienced it to someone whom he loved so much. |
